On April 22, 2009 at the Hamtramck City Library, Governor Jennifer Granholm was introduced by Mayor Karen Majewski to present the state's economic recovery plan.
What is more importantly overlooked is the Governor's ability to transform the state office into one of outstretched arms. Not only does the Governor possess the ability to travel around the world to invite new economies to the state, but she can, while talking to the people of Hamtramck, reach out to Washington, to remind us that we are important in the rebuilding of the future of the nation and the world.
